Love the twist on the pacman formula and cute pixel art! I just felt it got too difficult to fast if multiple guards were out and also it was almost a forced death if pacman was at the police office when a new ghost spawns.
Thanks for the feedback, I wanted to fix the problem with the enemies spawning on the player but couldn't make it in time for the jam deadline.
