It took me a few tries to get the hang of this game, but once I did I realized it was a pretty clever idea. The music is a good fit, although I usually died very quickly in this game, so listening to the music constantly restart got annoying. This might have been fixed by letting the music continue after death, or having multiple songs that could play. Having other sound effects would help this game a lot too. The art simple, but in an inviting way, and what sprites were supposed to be was clear.
