You can check the walkthrough for the location of all skillstones, but yes, they're very limited at the moment. More will get added over time, when new events and areas get added into the game. Buying them at a shop is out of question, as that would make it too simple to obtain them.

do they get skillpoints every 5.Lvl's? It would be nice.

You get one skillpoint for every level Ryen gets after level 10. Those skillpoints are added automatically when you enter the skilltree.

Without asking spoiler, is there any forbidden fetish or sex scene in renryuu that you'll never add in this game forever?

It's very unlikely that things like gore, scat, or yaoi will get into the game.
