I'm writing my thoughts as I play.

  • First off - a wall of text is not a very good way to do a tutorial, since usually I will forget things by the time I need them. Consider introducing smaller walls of text into each level as you introduce mechanics, at least.
  • I love the story :D
  • The tutorial text cannot be exited without going in full screen, maybe look into canvas screen scaling.
  • I didn't realize that the pressure plate opened the door on the first level, I thought it was a box that I could pick up :/
  • The second level had me stumped for a bit, but the hint saved me
  • I really liked the plant insect and water level! It was really fun.
  • It was really cool to come back to the future and see the whole forest!
  • I got stuck on the forest level. I found out you can pick up the fire, but it's not facing the right way to burn a hole to the exit.

Great game! The art was a little lacking since it looked like blurry pixel art, but it worked well enough. The game was really fun, too. Solid entry!

Thanks man, for playing my game and for the review. To pass the forest part, since you cant change the direction of the fire, you have to bring it to past, where the forest wasnt there yet and place it by the door, so when you go back to future, it will still be there and burn the bushes so you can pass.

In case you wanna give it another go, there's a walkthroug you can download in the game's page.

Thank you once again, I really struggle with UI on unity, so I do apreciate any tips I receive haha :D
