what issues are you having? Make sure you check “this will be played in the browser”.
Also make sure you are zipping everything that gets spit out of unity including the index.html file.
That checkbox doesn't appear for me :V. Here's what I got, incl. zip contents.
In the "Kind of project" field you have to select "HTML" instead of "Downloadable", and then the checkbox will appear when you upload your zip.
