I'm starting to play this one and I'm really enjoying it. It's a really great game.

I have a question: The reputation of a hero or a bitch influences the game? Specifically in the good or bad end? For example, if I am a hero who is respected by everyone, I get a good ending and if I am a bitch who "doesn't deserve respect", I get a bad ending?

Those mostly influence 'how people react to you', not the overarching plot sequences. So the good or bad end will happen due to your choices but not due to your hero/bitch fame... but then if you are more heroic people will respond to you positively more while otherwise you'll get more people eager to be on top.

Until now I don't think any "ending" is influenced by hero and bitch level.

But you have more sex scenes with a higher bitch level (in which you mostly bottom)
