Oh no. Could you give some steps to reproduce this? I admit the PC version is not as well tested, so thanks for letting me know!
Sadly, I don't know, but it happened in middle of intensive shootout. Maybe system confused explosive missiles with kinetic ones that I have ran out of.
I will try reproducing it the other time.
