Yes, the instructions were not the best (last minute). Still glad you tried our game.
As for your question. After you move to action phase you first click on the dice needed for an attack
(for ex. you click on two 6) and the corresponding attack is enabled (in the previous example the basic attack - 1st one is enable)
you can the select it and pick up any target it needs (in the game only the 1st and 3rd need target, the 2nd is attack all enemies)
I hope you can understand better now the combat mechanics.

Oh i get it now, i didn't understand the system working like this, gonna try it again to see more of the game, and no worries, i can totally understand that the instructions on the game page are made last minute that's jams in a nutshell, one thing that would have helped though would be to have the die values required noted under the attack icons on the hud i think this would have been less confusing :)
