Hi there - if there's a typo or bug that seriously affects/prevents playability that's a "quick fix", please feel free to address it. Just leave a note on the itch.io page saying what you changed and why. Since the code is not being judged, you can update the GitHub repository any time.

Many people have a jam version and post-jam version on their game pages FWIW.

Cheers,
  Lee

Mr. Lee, I have a 1 line of code change that fixes a pretty big bug with the game I submitted. I forgot to reset the attacking state when the character dies while attacking, so they become unable to melee attack at all if they die while attacking. Would it be possible for me to resubmit with that changed or where should I write a note letting players know about the error? Thank you for your time. I know this is kind of late, and it's no problem if it's too late to change anything. Also, in the case I do update the game, does that affect the ratings it has already received?

i wanna know the same as i just fixed and updated a object being drawn on wrong sorting layer which hid and cause playability issues.

Is it ok if I edit the description on the itch.io page? I have a bug that exists only on the browser version (my guess is a game engine bug), and I want to make that clear on the page and suggest players to download it.
