Nice entry! I loved the different environment and all the little animations on different things in the background. You should checkout Unity's 2D lighting system, they give you 2D lights which I think you would really like experimenting with. I did get stuck at one point on some wires that did no damage. But all the animations and visuals look really great. Wonderful job.
