Not a bad little game. I like the hybrid 2d / 3d thing you've got going on here with the camera. Health being tied to light was a little weird and not completely obvious. I think it might be more interesting to make ammo more abundant, but decrease the player's visibility when they're carrying more ammo. Mainly because that would tie visibility to something that the player has more direct control over and turn it into more of a mechanic than a gimmick. My main point of feedback gameplay wise is that it's not very juicy when either the player or enemies take damage, which could be as simple a fix as flashing them red for a brief moment. Otherwise it's a little unsatisfying when you shoot enemies, and you don't really pay attention to your own health as much because you don't realize it's dropping as much as it is.
