Tutorial too long :/ has a lot of unneeded numbers that already were (or could become) visible during gameplay.
Would be easier if adding workers to research/unity showed the amount of change.
I liked how every action could be cancelled before ending the day, lets the player see what something does without consequences. Great usability feature! (also could shorten tutorial)
Nitpick: arrows could be replaced with a "+" and "-" (though it's not that bad because see above)
Overall, amazing idea. Could be expanded by adding more challenge and variety, and it's a full game!
Also, worker research = O.P.
