When I started to play, I didn't know what to do. I got past 1st level, but then I must look at the comments to figure out what to do. But even then, I couldn't get through next level. Maybe lower the difficulty just a bit. I see that this is your first game jam game and my first game jam game was also so hard. I learned that I must make the game (and difficulty) for other people and not for me, because you know your game the best and know how to win easiest. Most important thing is to playtest the game even with non-gamers, for example I tested my game on my mom.
The concept was really good and I wish I get to the fake employers, because it sounds really good.
