I loved the concept here - having to balance your health with your powers was a really nice idea! It could've worked better in some places, since I got stuck waiting at one point to get the jump power, and I think it was a little too easy to just stay in the invulnerability mode at all times, but it was a really neat idea, good job! The gameplay itself was fairly simple too, although the movement did feel a little too fast and imprecise at times, so that could've been better. It was also kind of confusing to try and navigate through the level, though I found my way through eventually by just running around a lot. I also liked the NPC dialogue - that helped to add some personality to the game.
Art-style wise, it was very solid - everything looked nice and clear, and the game was visually consistent through, which is always a plus. The character editor was an interesting addition - shame that it was irrelevant after you got the radsuit, but it was a nice touch nonetheless! I enjoyed the music loop as well, but some sound effects would've really helped make the game that bit more engaging, since it felt a little empty without them.
All in all, it was an enjoyable little platformer game with a great idea behind it - great work on it!
