This game is legit! I don't like retro for the sake of retro as an aesthetic choice but I can absolutely get behind retro for the sake of tiny games made with grueling technical limitations to spark artistic inventiveness. You should be very proud of what you have achieved here. I appreciate how you responded to the current pandemic with cleverness and heart. I really really appreciate that you included a 'What I Learned' section on your game page. The only real downfall here is how unforgivingly hard it is to fit the character through the entryways, off by a pixel and you're deadmeat. If you do a similar project in the future, please make the corridors or at the least the doors 20% wider than the character.

Thank you so much! (´∀｀)♡ I am also not a fan of retro just to be retro, I have liked using Tic-80 though, it was daunting at first but once I got through the study material from my university it because easier to understand and fun to do.
I'll be sure to make the hallways wider in future games, a few people have had that issue so it's very much on my "to-do list" to improve on in future (ﾉ∀＼*) Thank you for playing!
