Whenever I caught a criminal, they would walk into me and block meDon't know if that was intentional or not but it worked well :)
Absolutly intentional :) - I originally wanted some building where it would have been really relevant that caught criminals push you around while you can push around citizens (which is btw a fun thing to do already)
