Experiencing this issue as well, deleting avatar cache did not seem to fix it :c
The issue is related to the plugin being out of date. I will update SUVA later today. That should fix tracking with tobii tracker 5.
ran into the same problem again. this time when i did as instructed nothing happened. the tracking list recognizes the tobii is there but it is not tracking.
With the latest version of SUVA?
Yea. I even uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still wont track even though tobii5 appears on the list of trackers.
