I would by this if it were compatible with RPG Maker VX Ace and MV/MZ Must use these somehow. I guess I could always make a tile set from your tiles.
You can just resize and move around the tiles in whatever format you need them for RPG Maker.
open tilesheet in gimp / PS. Select scale image. Do 3X or %300, select nearest neighbor or "none". Done.
