It's difficult to quickly press the X button to switch characters with left hand, while running in a panic. Maybe use J instead so both actions aside from running are on the right hand.
I like the idea! Ideally I'd just program in key remapping, I just didn't get around to it in the time window. If I ever expand or polish up this game in the future, QOL features like being able to restart the game after dying would be implemented as well lol. Glad you enjoyed.
