Cool idea! Tough I don't understand why the target changes color periodically. I removes any sense of planning, and can screw you if it changes just before you touch it. Moreover it doesn't make sense game-wise, as the characters want to go at a specific place, and don't change all of a sudden.

Very valid points! Unfortunately we realized far too late that the way we setup the drop-off points, not all destination colors would necessarily be present in the world. So we decided to shuffle them around periodically to ensure that all colors will be present at some time. The better solution would have been to generate all the drop off points before the game starts, check if all colors are represented and then change possible duplicates to one of the missing colors.
