Cute game! I like your choice of a penguin and a pigeon to be your two characters. :D
Like other commenters mentioned, the pigeon controls took a little bit to get used to. I wasn't able to get past the part where you need to get the pigeon / penguin duo to the water, so I tried to get as far as I could with just the pigeon. XD
This has a lot of potential, nice concept and aesthetics!
