I use a Chromebook so the default internet browser is Chrome. I even tried going using Incognito mode and still hasn't worked....

I can't login in right now as of this post. I tried 4 times the past 8 hours.

Also, before someone comments that my internet is poor, here is my Speedtest result:

Support advised to completely clear the cache and cookies in the browser. this way everything opens without any problems
