I liked the concept, and the graphics would've been good if not for the post-processing effects. Not sure if there was sound, might be a bug or my speakers.
There's several issues with the game however:
- It's very easy to cheese levels with the mouse to grab controls. I managed to get the seed from the second seed level without needing to do the entire platforming section. I also managed to fly around with the movable blocks.
- There's too many blind jumps and leaps of faith. This is a major cardinal sin in most platformer games, as it leads to cheap damage and deaths. The final level had the most major example of this.
- Speaking of cheap deaths, the spikes on the final and penultimate level move way too fast and can hit you if you aren't aware of them.
- Pause screen didn't work. I paused on the final level and the spike still hit me.
Despite all this, the game's pretty good for a first jam game. It just needs a lot more polish.
