This game was fun. Tell your friend they did a great job on the banner/image :)
I would say for this game
The Good
- The controls felt pretty decent for a jam game. I felt a bit slippery at times but I was also literally a piece of ice. So it can be excused.
- I liked the dash mechanic.
- The minimap was a great idea as it helped me land jumps I was otherwise unclear about.
- The story was really charming. I like the idea of icecubes taking a rocket to space.
The Stuff That Could Be Worked On
- I feel like the difficulty could ramp up a bit slower. It seemed liked I needed to use the dash from the start. It would be nice to start on some easier platforms. Though balance is one of the hardest parts for game dev stuff.
- Some more SFX would be nice
