I'm a fan of Gundam and I love Mechwarrior/Armored core type games, so this was awesome to see!
First of all, I love the amount of customisation options, both the loadouts and the colours. It feels like there will be a tonne of variety in the game. It's a shame I couldn't try the different loadouts in the tutorial mission (unless I missed something?) but I guess that is for balancing purposes. The robots themselves look incredible and the shading effect works really well.
The game definitely needs some audio for the robot's movement (I guess that's going to be added at some point), to really get the point across that you are stomping around in a giant mech!
The controls took a bit of getting used to but I did eventually get better. I understand the reason for left gun = left mouse button and right gun = right mouse button, but it felt a little weird pressing LMB to zoom and RMB to shoot. I'm not sure the best way to remedy that but it's something to think about.
As a newbie, I also found the difficulty of the tutorial a bit hard (admittedly, I was bad at the game lol). I eventually found that sniping from a distance worked well, but when the enemies got close I struggled as their weapons had a much higher rate of fire. I also wasn't sure if there's anything you can do after your arm has been damaged/destroyed, it felt like restarting was the only option?
Just FYI, I played it on stream so if you want to review my gameplay you can see it here (it's the first game I played): https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1099640781
Overall though, it was a really cool experience and I hope you turn it into a full game!
