Hello, we had some partial downtime today that was preventing game uploads from being saved. The issue has been resolved and we've made some changes to make sure it can't happen again. Sorry for the trouble. Tell me if you are still experiencing any issues. Thanks

Hello, I'm currently encountering this issue today, can not neither work with upload file nor dropbox.

It seems to be just something that happens every once in a while due to maintenance. I would say just try again in 30min or so and if its still ongoing to contact an Admin.

I THINK IT IS STILL GOING ON IT WONT  LET ME PLAY

There has been no recent downtime. If you're having an issue playing something it's probably related to that game specifically. If you could share which game you're having an issue with I can take a look.

Thanks

It sounds like you've packaged the game wrong. I found this tutorial here that might be helpful: http://wiki.compilgames.net/doku.php/gdevelop5/publishing/html5_game_in_a_local_folder

Edit: I see you're using a 7zip file (7z). You must use zip (.zip), no other archive format is supported right now. Thanks

If you have the 7zip program installed, then when you're creating an archive file you can choose the file type. Zip should be one of the options.
