Not bad, took me a few tries to figure out what the items & tags are supposed to mean.

I don't quite understand what Monroe actually does, since I'm pretty sure I talked to everyone and he didn't "out" anyone.

Monroe "transformed" into Sanders and Archer basically every playthrough when I still bothered to change them often, maybe that's why he didn't do his job?

I never really needed to rotate the doctors and when the gameplay clicked for me, I managed to complete the game with Sanders only. I suppose faster health loss would help force players into this?

Lots of quest-y stuff crammed into a 48hr game jam, so that's pretty cool! :)

Yeah I found Monroe transforms into other Doctors and I’m actively looking into this for a post-jam version. I like the idea of health draining quicker and think I’ll include that for sure. Thank you for the feedback and I’m glad you enjoyed!

I know difficulty levels are kinda old school, but since the whole vibe is a bit old school, maybe let players choose difficulty which affects health drain and perhaps even bug speed/health? :)
