"You need to drink enough of Nettie's milk to lactate, hit the point just before you can't go out, then head to Nettie and ask for help. She'll give you a personal milker, but you can keep asking for more gadgets."
You may need to make a way to get that if you didn't get that the first time around, cause I found out they existed recently but it was to late.
