If it only gives the Not Responsive message without crashing, that's pretty much normal. Try to wait it up for a few moments without clicking on anything. Shouldn't take more than a minute. Let me know if it still fails.
Halfway through extraction, the extractor says "Extract failed" and quits prematurely. Then, when trying to launch the game, it says "Unable to find file: Graphics/Tiles1/Book".
I redownloaded, and the file is exactly the same content and error as before. Have you tried running the extractor on your machine? Are you sure the file offered on the game page now is the new version?
