I don't remember. :3 I just remember that the surroundings looked kinda broken, and there were either one or two gaps near the spawn point. One of the gaps led to a long horizontal hallway, that I think lead to another long horizontal hallway... I think.
Okay, I found what was causing the issue. Touching the point item in the broken area should bring the player to the third secret stage, but I messed up and forgot to add the path to that level :P
