I like where this game is going!
Really love the art style - character looks really cool. For me the rope mechanic was fun but needed tweaking - especially for a first-time player. I got stuck in a pit a couple times so maybe a thought towards level design in the first instance to get the player used to using the rope in a safe area to get the hang of it (maybe a small corridor at first). For me I also wanted more of a swing on the rope - it seemed it took a while to get some swing momentum from being stationary.
I'd love to see this more developed, and would definitely love to see more of this art style and world building.
