Wut? O-o. Maybe you're missing some unreal required libs? In the engine/extras/redist/en-us there is an installer for all the prerequisites unreal game would need. If that's not it then i'm confused :( sorry for the trouble :(
I think i managed to reproduce your issue! I put a non-english character 'ą' in the folder name and got the same error as you did. So make sure that the whole path to the game does not have any spaces and no non-english characters
I played by changing the game directory. I really liked the dialogues, although there were almost no scary moments. Overall, the chatting mechanics on the phone are cool.
