I made it to the part with a lot of bricks, I couldn't manage to pull myself up however, and I don't think you can fly upwards after a swing (please let me know if I missed some controls) :(

Thanks for the feedback. if you made it that far then no there is no controls you missed unfortunately. I really should have made a tutorial to explain things better. Ill go ahead and make a walkthrough. thanks for letting me know where you got stuck. It is possible and intended to fly upwards after a swing if you release the hook at the right time. In that particular section you have to release the hook to get a little higher hook on from a higher point and repeat until you get on top of the middle bricks. Sorry about the confusion.
Update: I have decided to make a walkthrough for version 2.0 of the game and if I can figure out how to add a tutorial I will.
