Really great tactics game. There is a lot of strategic depth as well that takes a few tries to really appreciate.
I really like the fact that sometimes waiting or running away is the best move in the position, and that wanton aggression will get you killed. I also like the fact that you can sometimes goad the enemy into moving to a vulnerable position. The terrain and the obstacles were also really impactful to the player's choices.
Thematically it was good but I felt the beholder was just a tad bit out of place. Another tiny nitpick is that I would've liked to see more unit types, although given the time constraints that is very understandable.
