Yes, you keep all your money from the previous day, but it's always a good idea to spend it all (on plants for example, because they give more money the next day)

Try planting a lot of plants early to get some money and upgrades :D

I worried that if I made it too easy the player could build a lot and get too powerful so the game would become boring.

I really wanted to include  music but ran out of time sadly. I will upload a new version after the jam that contains music :)

The dropping mechanic was more fun than I first expected :D The animations are very cute. 

If the robot would pick up the cells automatically when walking over them that would mak it more enjoyable in my opinion.

The 3d particles when an enemy dies look awesome, maximum Aesthetics rating for sure!

A tip for river crossing: try staying behind the river and defending that position. Always prioritize the flying enemies, try to destroy them before they can use their laser attack.

The best game I've seen in this jam! You could do a full game with this idea, I'm sure it would be a success.

The thing that I miss the most is that each ant should get an own task. Right now all ants are always going to one single block, which wastes a lot of time (so most of the ants are not doing anything)

Yes, the beginning is too slow and needs some rebalancing. It starts to get quite chaotic after 300-400 seconds.

Fun game and very cute graphics!

There is a bug where the people's sprites go behind buildings.

There are some annoying bugs. I can die while in the menu and while looking at the shop. The ui also glitches out sometimes and the hp bar often goes behind buildings. If you fix these, it will be a great and addictive game :D Maybe make the building drop a little more money? Currently it doesnt worth it to destroy them when the guards give so much compared to them.

Fight on moving platforms in a lava-filled arena where enemies get stronger with time. (try the "Retro" setting if you feel nostalgic)
