The art is great. I liked the use of the theme as well. At times it was hard to read the text towards the bottom of the screen. Though, I'm not sure if I'm the only one with that issue.
Thanks for your feedback. The distorted text was intentional and is supposed to represent the characters decent into madness. Although it should be readable when the players character is healthy.
