Yes, because it's against the rules of this category. I didn't want to close the topic outright because it's been so long, but please. There's a reason why you're being asked to wait for support. There are some issues nobody else can handle. And this is probably mentioned in a ton of forum topics by now.

Didn't I just remind you it's against the rules to ask that? It takes as long as it takes. One month sounds like a lot, so I told an admin about it just in case, but it depends.

Also, please don't hijack somebody else's topic. We're asking this of everyone. It's probably mentioned in a lot of topics. I answer everyone if I can. Sometimes even when I can't help at all. Posting in more places isn't going to help.
