Itch.io support not responding

Hi, I have registered a complaint 3 times to the itch.io mail but no one has responded or resolved my issues.

Check the rules of this board before posting.

We do not discuss account limitations on our forums.

I can confirm that your account has been blocked from participating in jams due to submitting to jams with no regard for the rules put in place by the hosts.

Yes, because it's against the rules of this category. I didn't want to close the topic outright because it's been so long, but please. There's a reason why you're being asked to wait for support. There are some issues nobody else can handle. And this is probably mentioned in a ton of forum topics by now.

Didn't I just remind you it's against the rules to ask that? It takes as long as it takes. One month sounds like a lot, so I told an admin about it just in case, but it depends.

Also, please don't hijack somebody else's topic. We're asking this of everyone. It's probably mentioned in a lot of topics. I answer everyone if I can. Sometimes even when I can't help at all. Posting in more places isn't going to help.
