Thanks for playing! I had a similar issue with the floor, but its due to the floor not being calibrated correctly on your quest. Just gotta adjust that gaurdian once before you place and you should have no problem grabbing the keys. Quest gets a little finicky about floor height once you put it on and take it off a few times. Were you able to climb out the well? I think if we update the game we will give an option to set the floor height or seat height to take in account problems that occur with misaligned floor heights.
