You made good use of the limitation! The backstory with a reactivated agent was very funny. I liked the idea of having a target person and having to avoid bystanders, but this was sometimes a bit difficult to pull off. Well done for 72 hours!

The art unfortunately looks a bit inconsistent. I'd suggest laying out a canvas in Aseprite in a quarter or even an eigth of the target resolution (480x270 for 1920x1080), drawing everything and then scaling it up. This ensures that every 1 pixel in your image takes up the exact amount of pixels in your finished game/image (see persons/trees). I am no expert artist by any means however.
