use DS4, or run the game via Steam, the problem with PS controllers is they're not Xinput, and Windows does not support any than Xinput, DS4/X360CE converts it to Xinput.
"Windows does not support any than Xinput" is completely inaccurate. Windows supports both DInput(which DS4 controllers are) and XInput.
