I had a lot of fun playing it. I played through it about five or six times and got the bad and medium endings. Is there a good ending or is it not real? The voice lines for the intruder were really good and creeped me out.

There is a good ending. To unlock it you have to kill all phantoms using camera and shoot the intruder (Note that shooting the pistol ends the game).
