I have identified the bug and it will be fixed in the next release. However, I really don't recommend transferring characters as their attributes will be changed to fit the starting range of Deathlord's races, so you are generally better off just recreating a character with the autoroller.

18 is the max from a bt1 character. That and if one imports a restricted race/character class there isnt a graphic to go with the character profile, its a black box

Okay so importing chars doesn’t force a race/class combo that Deathlord has. I haven’t created portraits for infeasible combos of race and class, but I didn’t account for imports.

BT1 chars having 18 max means that you can’t have trolls with STR 21 and that is no good. Frankly, imports are useless.
