I think the game just ends at 60 seconds but I would expect a reward of some sort after playing such a hard game lol. A happy noise at least :)
If I beat the game (last 60 seconds) then I think I get the highest score possible. Maybe introducing a bonus item that drops would help separate the best players.
Otherwise, fun idea and very smooth feeling while playing.
