You sure you unzipped correctly? The pngs must be missing. Also make sure you didn't move any of the folders.
Also does console say anything?
I'm a Linux user, so I use PlayOnLinux, maybe this is the cause :(
I must say, this was only tested on windows 10 and windows 7, so this could be the issue.
