Really cool entry!

Awesome art and ambiance, simple controls that I got used to pretty fast. Just all around super well executed. Amazing work.

A few things I would have liked to see:

Some sort of indication for where I can move, maybe some sort of foot print sprites? It just took me way way too long to figure out that I could move diagonally.

Some sort of tougher enemies, I got 216 points and all enemies took 1 hit, obviously jam times mean balancing new enemy type would have been super hard and your end product is super solid without it. But I think it would have spiced gameplay up a bit. Maybe a enemy that ranges in a straight line?

I personally didnt feel the limitation much in the entry, its a fine enough interpretation but didnt really strike me. Maybe if instead of ammo drops, you just had 10 bullets to start and never got more. Then the finite amount of bullets would really have hit harder.

All this is just my opinion obviously.
those 3 minor things aside this was a really really awesome entry!
Fantastic work!

I'm glad you enjoyed the game so much and thank you for the feedback. There's still alot to work on the game. For the jam I tried to polish all the aspects of the game, such as animations for everything, ui/ux and the atmosphere / style. Sadly there wasn't much time for music / sound. I guess the finite quantity aspect isn't very noticeable for players. The game starts with a 50/50 chance of spawning a chest/enemy and progresses to a 10/90 chance, you will run out of everything. Had to squeeze it in somehow finite quantity / delay the inevitable :)
