I'm aware of this issue. Unfortunately, at the moment, I can only suggest getting a friend from a country where the game is available and have them purchase it as a gift for you. I heard it works that way.

Sadly, selling outside of Steam causes many tax and legal complications where I live.

Sorry for the disillusion. This doesn't help, if Valve simply blocks your connection if you use a VPN (first hand knowledge).

And you can believe me they are pretty good at detecting this. The original accounts are locked to the location that is associated with your payment information and new ones can't (/almost can't) be created via VPN because in 99% of the cases they'll know it is a VPN you're using.

Ight well, i figured as much but I mention it since I'm sure there are...Sites I cant say like a certain lewd zone, that would be best used with a vpn.

as long as your not afraid of a loose game disconnected from steam.
