No problem, I experimented a bit further and I figured out how to start it. I ran it as admin first because I saved it in my program files, then it worked normally. For the shortcut, the pixelart looks like this. 
But the one in the bin folder looks normal.

For the icon, I honestly don’t know why it becomes like that. xD I’ll try to look into it. Thank you!

Not sure if you still need it but i found a trick for the blurry icon you were saying.
Simply go to the properties of the shortcut, click change icon and browse for the Icon in the Bin folder.(You can see my shortcut is not blurry anymore)
The icon was blurry for the Exe outside of the Bin folder to begin with, which is why shortcut just duplicated on that.
