You did a beautiful job of recreating Chutes and Ladders. It feels like the real thing. The only problem is that like Chutes and Ladders you really only allow the user to roll a dice and everything is chance. This mean we wait and click a button every so often and pray we get good numbers. I think in order to keep people really engaged you need to up the immersion by adding more sounds and upping the effects like sliding really fast on 5, 6 rolls, adding dust particles to the pieces. Then on a 1 or 2 popping up an sad face emoji. It just needs some juice to give it that extra kick to keep the players wanting to see what comes next. Again, I want to say though you nailed the feel of the original game, this is a great board game simulation, as you can tell I am not a huge fan of the original game because of the randomness and lack of decision space.
