I just check it up and it just a dialogue to process a next step of this event. You need to interact with '?' mark in wolf den by daytime after you already talk to Logan about trouble in den. After you interacted with '?' mark in wolf den , you just need to process a next step. I'm quite sure that this step of an event doesn't need any requirement except time.
May I ask you again? Have you already seen this '!' mark in wolves den dungeon. I remember it wrong, there should be '!' mark not '?' mark in 3,2 spot.Sorry to ask you more question but are you sure that you never seen this '!' mark before? Because after you talk to Logan (in T! logan route) there should be this mark appear on the map to interact with. I think this event did not require anything to trigger.
Have you try to explore in Dark swamp? I think you should try it several time. Sorry if it couldn't help much.
